Three downs: Huskies at Dinos wrap-up

Who deserves your game ball on offense?

Ryan: With only five completions in the passing game, I had to look at the ground game and select Jeremy Andrew. His 41 yards on the ground led the Huskies in what was a poor showing from the offense.

Dallas: Nobody.

Dog Whisperer: None.

Who deserves your game ball on defense?

Dallas: I’m going with Braxton Lawrence, who had the game many of us were expecting to see from him for a few weeks. Although he missed the tackle on the Blaszko touchdown, he still had a good game with 6.5 tackles, including two for a loss, a breakup and his first CIS interception. I hope he keeps playing at this level.

Dog Whisperer: Braxton Lawrence was flying around the field. He was the most high energy guy out there and made a lot of plays so he deserves praise for his effort and INT plus several pass breakups.

Ryan: I have to go with Braxton Laurence as well. He had a presence all over the field and a breakout game in the defensive backfield.

Who deserves your game ball on special teams?

Dog Whisperer: None.

Dallas: Not a lot to choose from from this game. However, I will go with Jarvis James, who had a nice kickoff return for 31 yards in the second quarter.

Ryan: I am going to go with everyone on the punt team as they got some extra work as the Huskies were forced to punt 13 times.
